Jaymie (14) is taking over Confed today

Nearly 500 leading organisations in the Netherlands are welcoming a young director or CEO for one day per year. This is because JINC organises its yearly annual ‘JINC Boss of Tomorrow’ event.

On this day, young children who could really benefit from this are given the chance to make valuable connections and get to know the business world. JINC has been campaigning for years for a world where your postal code or background doesn’t determine your future. Naturally, Confed is delighted to take part. So this day, Peter handed over his seat to Jaymie. Jaymie, give it your all – and we’re really looking forward to seeing what you both learn from each other!
