Rigorous final testing and functional validation
Every system leaves our production line only after undergoing a thorough inspection. We follow customer-specific test protocols to ensure that your module operates 100 percent fault-free.
Control over the entire supply chain
If you’d like, we’ll take over the operational management of the supply chain. This way, we’ll relieve your procurement department of its workload by handling the day-to-day procurement for all underlying procurement areas.

The Process

From individual components to a fully integrated and functional module

Preparation and Efficient Procurement
We gather all the necessary components, such as enclosures and other purchased parts. Subassemblies, such as PCBs and cables, are manufactured in advance. Our planning department ensures that every essential component is ready on time before we begin the final assembly.

Mechanical assembly
Our technicians begin by physically assembling the system. We carefully and safely install all purchased components—such as power supplies, cooling blocks, control panels, and all other parts—into the system enclosure.

Integration of PCBA and cables
The pre-assembled circuit boards and wiring harnesses are carefully installed. By producing these semi-finished products in larger batches, we can make the cost of your final product more competitive. In this way, we ensure the right balance between cost and risk.

Software and firmware Installation
If you prefer, we can install the software and firmware right during testing and configure the requested initial settings. This way, the system will be up and running immediately.

Testing, recording, packaging
As agreed, we test the modules and handle registration if desired. After a final visual inspection, we carefully package the system to ensure safe transport—either to you or directly to your distributor or end customer.
