The Process

Our process to ensure faultless and efficient PCB assemblies

  1. 01

    Work preparation and component procurement

We prepare the production process down to the last detail. Our specialists review all necessary aspects, such as tooling, work instructions, and the BOM. Our planners make sure to the last detail that everything is ready to go before production begins.

  2. 02

Placing, soldering and fixating the components

After applying the solder paste, our machines place the components at lightning speed and with high precision. The circuit board then passes through the advanced reflow oven to ensure a perfect and reliable solder joint.

  3. 03

    THT assembly and soldering

Next to SMD assmebly, we assemble specific components using through-hole technology. This is done meticulously using machine-based wave soldering or manual soldering by our experts, always in accordance with the strictest IPC standards (up to class 3) to ensure reliable results.

  4. 04

    Advanced AOI inspection

Immediately after soldering, we inspect the printed circuit boards using Automated Optical Inspection. This camera system detects even the smallest deviations in component placement, which forms the basis for our high quality standards.

  5. 05

    Testing, programming, and traceability

In addition to AOI, we use testing methods such as ICT (In-Circuit Testing), FPT (Flying Probe Testing), and functional testing. During this phase, we can also program your PCBA. We document every step, ensuring 100% traceability and guaranteed functionality of your product.

  6. 06

    ISO and IPC certified

We are ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified. PCB assembly is performed in accordance with IPC-610 standards, up to and including Class 3. Agreements regarding this are made individually with each customer.
