Who we are

At Confed, we bring technology to life. As a growing high-tech company, we support our customers in the development, production, and assembly of custom made electrical, electronic, and electromechanical products. From prototypes to PCBA's and wiring harnesses. From module building to final assembly. We offer a comprehensive one-stop service that combines technical expertise, practical manufacturability, and quality.

Our clients operate in sectors such as mobility and smart infrastructure, energy and electrification, high-end consumer products, and industrial OEM solutions. With three locations—two in the Netherlands and one in Slovakia—we have state-of-the-art production facilities, each with its own capabilities and specializations. This allows us to carry out work flexibly and efficiently at the location that best suits the project. Together, approximately 350 enthusiastic employees make up the Confed team.

We work with modern techniques, short lines of communication, and a no-nonsense mindset. At the same time, we are an inclusive, people-oriented organization where collaboration, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and long-term customer relationships are part of our DNA. Our production departments are ESD-safe and set up in accordance with 5S lean manufacturing principles. This results in high quality, fast and efficient production, a healthy business performance, and satisfied customers and employees.
