We can support you in managing the life cycle of your products. In the development phase, in the assessment of Bills Of Materials, during production and in the after sales period. We do this from the level of component repair to monitoring the deliverability of spare parts.


Renewal and maintenance budgets are not unlimited in size. We give you options that can help you control costs. When you have visibility into product lifecycles, deliverability, repair capabilities and costs at every point in your product's lifecycle, you give yourself the room to invest where it's really needed.

Realizing cost savings

Thanks to our insight into the service life and continuity of parts, experience in repairs and an extensive international network for scarce parts, we achieve significant cost savings for our customers. In addition, it prevents unpleasant and often costly surprises and allows you to switch in time if, for example, parts suppliers terminate support.

Inventory

We inventory the components and identify expected end-of-life, repair options, cost and replaceability. If the product needs to be made for an extended period of time, we investigate whether the components remain deliverable. If not, then: (1) we provide advice for a last-time-buy; (2) investigate what the possible alternative solutions are; or (3) prepare a new design if exact replacement is not possible.

Repair and spare parts

We inventory the possible repair project and map out the expected repair options and associated costs along with replaceability. This allows you to make well-informed choices; What components will we work with in this project and what measures will we take regarding repair, overhaul or refurbishment.


We take care of the entire repair process. Not only the repairs themselves but also the research into the availability of good quality spare parts. Even if your product was not originally manufactured by us. Our network, which we have built up over the years, helps us find scarce spare parts. We are also able to set up functional testing so that delivery can be carried out according to your requirements.
