  • After assembly and before the wiring harnesses are packed and shipped, they are thoroughly checked at two points. There is a 100% check for connection and short circuits on the wiring harnesses.
  • When setting up a production run, a tensile force test is performed. In this way, we check whether the specifications of the terminal and applicator used are achieved. During production, the shrinkage height is also randomly checked several times.
  • The results of these tests are recorded and stored during the production process. This data is kept so that in case of any deviations, this data can be retrieved.
  • We can also perform customer-specific tests, such as resistance measurements, in consultation.
