Design

Meticulous design, versatile engineers

Our engineers develop and test designs, based on a product’s quality and sustainability and focus on reducing production time and costs. This applies to printed circuit boards and cables, as well as to complete systems. For special projects we collaborate with specialist engineering firms.

Flexible design of printed circuit boards (PCBs)

We combine different techniques in-house, such as Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) and Through-Hole Technology (THT), so we can support a wide range of complex printed circuit boards from the design phase.

Cable design: a matter of the right connection

Crimp, solder and screw connection or Insulation Displacement Connector (IDC): the type of connection is determined based on the end result and our customer’s wishes.

Consultancy

Critical contributions result in savings

We are acquainted with the advantages and disadvantages of the various design choices and know which alternatives are possible. This enables us to give concrete and directly applicable advice, which nearly always results in an added value in quality or cost savings.

Project development

We understand what you need.

The design phase is a conversation between you and us. Together we will determine our focus, starting points and requirements in terms of quality, flexibility and costs. Rather one phone call too many, than misunderstanding you.

Prototyping

Speed and precision thanks to in-house prototyping

We are able to quickly develop in-house prototypes for pilot runs of printed circuit boards (PCBs), cables or systems. We immediately process feedback and can easily develop alternatives after deliberation with our customers. You will benefit from quick lead times, short lines and low costs.
